Imagine lying on a warm massage table, with the soothing sounds of the ocean and tranquil music playing in the distance.  Draped in soft flannel sheets, warm oils are massaged into your skin.  The stresses of the day melt away as your aching muscles are kneaded and calmed.  As you gradually open your eyes at the end of the massage, you realize that not only was your body soothed, but so was your soul.
